ATOL certificate is a key to your financial safety

ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us gives you ATOL Certificate. It insures you financial protection, you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact in case of inconvenience. ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative) will provide you services by us or the supplier acknowledged on your ATOL certificate.

If you are not provided with the services listed on ATOL CERTIFICATE?

Then under the ATOL SCHEME, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or converse a benefit on) you . in return you accept that for such a payment or benefit you assign undeniably to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also accept that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid amounts you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

You are authorized to claim

In some cases, if satisfactory services are not provided to you, so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable substitute (at no charges to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be authorized to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).

ATOL PROTECTION DOESN’T APPLY TO ALL HOLIDAYS AND TRAVEL SERVICES LISTED!

Your booking will not be ATOL PROTECTED if you do not receive ATOL CERTIFICATE .Most of our packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme but please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. Those parts of your trip will not be ATOL protected which are not mentioned on your ATOL CERTIFICATE.
